After immunizing of mice, B lymphocytes cells fusion with bone marrow cells to form hybridoma cells which could be cultured in vitro and secrete antibodies. After screening and cloning, the stable hybridoma cell line will be obtained. At the same time, the variable region sequences of the heavy chain and light chain were amplified by specific PCR primers for different antibody species. Finally, recombinant antibodies were obtained in vitro after expression and purification.
